Should it fail to be considered that thy, thy friends and relatives, walk through the crowded street down the nine-nothc down depot, queue at the precinct of it for as many as 60 minutes under the over 30 degrees damp weather with your ears listenig to the chirps of innumerable cicades and the voices of priests of it reading prayers hoping peace for their ashes and purge your hands and mouth from kegare for the purpose of paying homage at Summoning Spirits Shrine the day after today, thee would’t be expected to be a person who truly have reverence for thy home and forefathers, consider the futures and lives of our posterity, endeaver to achive the true object of unification and shall love your neighbor as yourself. As a famous and intelligent personality Osamu Mukai said, it must not happen that we, including top statesmen, cease to have no intentions to pay homage at it on this day. And I will never fail to do so.
